* You may use FileSearcher 30 day trial period ad libitum.

* Use after the 30 day trial period requires registration.

* You may not alter this software in any way, including changing help
and text files.

* FileSearcher IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF
ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK.
NISSOFT, LAB. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES,
LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR
MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

* All copyrights to FileSearcher are exclusively owned by Nissoft, Lab.

* Installing and using FileSearcher means the acceptance of
these terms and conditions of the license. If you do not agree with
the terms of this license you must remove FileSearcher files
from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
